Our first experience with Nicol Construction occurred when we hired them for our air conditioning needs several years ago. Every year they perform our spring maintenance service at our home and at our rentals. They are honest, efficient and very friendly. The technicians are competent and absolutely know what they’re doing. Furthermore their prices are very reasonable.
Last year we were able to start remodeling different facets of our home. Mr. Nicol was contracted to remove and install a new 65′ patio cover; completely repaint the outside of the house; tear down and rebuild a 14′ gate; replace 12 interior doors; and replace a shaded area over our atrium. With the exception of one subcontractor, every aspect of this job was completed with beautiful workmanship and the cost was extremely reasonable. When Mr. Nicol was informed of the issue with the sub, he handled it quickly and professionally to our satisfaction.
Nicol Construction is currently remodeling both of our bathrooms. All of the subcontractors are experienced and professional.
